Companyis a Colorado family owned and operated home base company. Jim Van Newhouse, owner has over 30-years experience in
remodeling and painting in residential and commercial industries. While growing up in Bowling Green, Ohio he had the opportunity
to work side-by-side under the careful eye and supervision of his grandfather, an owner in the local lumber company. Here
he learned about the construction industry including materials, products and most important providing 100% customer
satisfaction. This was the first step toward achieving his goal to own his own construction company. He
left Bowling Green in 1978 and came to Colorado when the construction industry was booming. Mr. Van Newhouse started
out remodeling basements and providing interior and exterior painting services. After after a few years he
became a full-service home improvement company offering all phases of interior remodeling & repairs, interior &
exterior painting services and many other services as describe throughout our website. The company has hundreds
of referrals, many that are repeat customers. Sixty percent of todays business is from existing customers
or referrals. JLV Home Improvement can be your "one stop shop".

one room to a complete renovation. All projects will have an on-site Supervisor in addition to Mr. Van Newhouse overseeing

experience specializing in custom kitchens and baths, desks, entertainment centers, bars and other room projects. Through
this design service we can provide all retail products; cabinetry, tile, acrylic and polyester solid-surface or laminate counter-tops,
shower-doors, custom shower pans and wall systems, enabling us to provide all the necessary products and materials to
complete any type of office or home improvement project. This enables our customers to deal with one company to complete
the entire project.
